JUDGMENT

HIS HONOUR: This is an application by receivers and managers of a partnership to be discharged from that office on the basis that the partnership has been fully wound up. The receivers and managers also seek an order that the partnership accounts be passed and certified.

I am satisfied that the first and second respondents have been served with this application. They have not appeared when called on. I have read the affidavit of Anthony James Jonsson who was appointed as joint and several managers of the assets of the A and K and G Singh partnership. The affidavit satisfies me that the partnership has now been fully wound up and that the accounts of that winding up have been delivered to the various partners and as appears there is no objection made to them.

I will therefore make orders in terms of the draft initialled by me and placed with the papers.
