JUDGMENT

HIS HONOUR: This is an application pursuant to section 473(2) of the Corporations Act 2001 for the certification of the remuneration of the provisional liquidator. The details of the liquidators claim for remuneration has been served on the five most significant creditors, and each of the members of the company.

The affidavit of Mr Jessup attests to the fact that he has received no objection to that level of remuneration. Mr Jessup's affidavit sets out details of the rate of professional charges made for different purposes. He has attached to his affidavit details of the work undertaken, and the time taken for each of these specific tasks.

Accepting that the calculations are correct, I certify that the remuneration of the provisional liquidator for the period from 12 August 2005 to 12 December 2005 be in the sum of $97,972.93.

I make orders in terms of the draft initialled by me and placed with the papers.
