Being satisfied that there are reasonable grounds for believing the respondent is a serious danger to the community in the absence of an order under Div 3 of the Dangerous Prisoners (Sexual Offenders) Act 2003 (Qld) it is ordered that the application for a Div 3 Order be set down for final hearing; the respondent undergo examinations by two psychiatrists pursuant to s 8(2)(a): Martin J.
