Application for criminal compensation under Criminal Offence Victims Act as victim of rape; as a result of the rape the applicant suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder and other adverse consequences; found that psychologist’s report did not deal with abuse prior to rape which were matters contributing to the PTSD and therefore a 50% reduction reduction was made: McGill SC DCJ.
