Mr Lucev pleaded guilty to burglary, stealing and obstructing police. He was then serving a sentence of imprisonment. He was sentenced to two years' imprisonment cumulative upon his present sentence with a parole eligibility date set at the 11th of July 2011 that is, two years from the date on which the sentence was imposed.
