AAQ pleaded guilty to one count of rape and two counts of indecent treatment of a child.

AAQ pleaded guilty to further count of indecent treatment. For the rape, he was sentenced to three years detention with a fixed release after serving 50 per cent of that time. He was sentenced to 12 months detention for each indecent treatment offence. All periods of detention served concurrently. No convictions were recorded.
