The Court found that the Ms Hwang (Mr Lawrie's wife) had acted dishonestly as she had known and believed that Mr Lawrie did not have the capacity to authorise a number of bank transfers. Ms Hwang was ordered to pay $3,011,619.61 to Lawmar, together with interest and to transfer all of her right, title and interest in her Korean real properties to Lawmar or its nominee: Philippides J.
