Dr and Mrs Prins were owners of a unit in a building called "The Waves". They failed to pay body corporate levies and the body corporate sued to recover. The body corporate obtained judgment and an enforcement warrant. The body corporate obtained judgment for recovery cost of $150,000 against the Prins.
