On the first indictment, the defendant was sentenced to nine years imprisonment (counts 1 and 2) and four years imprisonment on count 3. On the second indictment, he was sentenced to two years three months imprisonment on count 1 and six months imprisonment on count 2 to be served concurrently with each other but cumulatively on the sentences imposed on the first indictment. No parole eligibility date was set.
