Appeal against conviction dismissed. Trial judge failed to direct jury that consciousness of guilt conduct probative of murder rather than manslaughter if it evidenced an intent to kill or cause grievous bodily harm; no miscarriage of justice as, in the context of an overwhelming Crown case on intent, not reasonably possible that misdirection affected jury’s verdict: Holmes CJ, Gotterson and Morrison JJA.
