Date of conviction of various dishonesty offences. During the trial, the prosecution entered a nolle prosequi in respect of several offences against the person. All charges related to Mr Berg practising as a psychiatrist in 1999-2004. These and other charges were the subject of references to the Mental Health Court in 2010 (appeal allowed to limited extent, otherwise dismissed [2012] QCA 91) and 2013 (appeal dismissed [2015] QCA 196, special leave refused [2016] HCASL 64).
