    THE COURT: On 15 December 2020, the Court gave judgment dismissing each appellant’s appeal.  The parties were directed to deliver submissions on costs, if it was to be contended that an order should be made other than that the appellants’ pay the respondent’s costs of the appeals.

    Each party has delivered written submissions contending that, having regard to the provision of s 171 of the Land Valuation Act 2010, the appropriate costs order in the circumstances is that each party bear its own costs of the appeal.

    Having regard to s 171 of that Act and the submissions of the parties, the Court orders that parties to each of the appeals bear their own costs of the appeal.
