Queensland Judgments expands to all Queensland Courts and Tribunals

The second version of the Queensland Judgments website has been launched. The most significant change has been the expansion of the website’s coverage to all Queensland Courts and Tribunals (on and from 2015).

Those Courts and Tribunals comprise:

• the District Court (including Pre-trial Rulings);
• the Magistrates Court;
• the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (including its appeals division);
• the Planning and Environment Court;
• the Land Court and Land Appeals Court;
• the Industrial Court and Industrial Relations Commission;
• the Childrens Court (judgments of both Magistrates and District Court Judges); and
• the Mental Health Court.

Over the next twelve months, the website’s coverage will be further expanded to include the full collections of each newly added Court and Tribunal.

As with all unreported judgments of the Supreme Court of Queensland (from 2002), this content is available online, free of charge, and will be continuously updated upon the delivery of each judgment or decision authorised for publication from all Queensland Courts and Tribunals.
