DATE 09/12/2004

JUDGMENT

HIS HONOUR: This is an application for the winding-up of Affordable Cairns Pty Ltd pursuant to the provisions of the Corporations Act 2001.

The applicant issued a statutory demand for payment of the sum of $10,560 for monies owing for accommodation bookings at property owned by the applicant. Notwithstanding the demand, the debt remains unpaid.

I am satisfied that the respondent has been duly served with the application and relevant documents. The respondent makes no appearance before the Court today.

The Registrar's certificate certifies to the completion of the requirements required by the Act and Messrs Gerard John Mier and Anthony James Jonsson have consented to be liquidators for the said company.

I am therefore prepared to order the winding-up of the respondent company.

HIS HONOUR: I make orders in terms of the draft initialled by me and placed with the papers.
