Appeal dismissed with costs; appeal against trial findings dismissing claim for contravention s 52 TPA in respect of lease of music store; the reasons of the learned trial judge did not afford a satisfactory basis for the determination of the case; nevertheless, ignoring the credibility finding in favour of the first respondent, a court could not be satisfied that there was a case for damages for misleading conduct: Keane JA, P McMurdo and Douglas JJ.
