THE QUEEN
v.
STEVEN GRAHAME CRAWFORD AND
VERA MAY TAYLOR
BRISBANE
DATE 09/02/2000
ORDER
THE PRESIDENT: In the circumstances, having been informed that the Registry has sent all the material, including the date for hearing, to the appellants at an address provided to the Registry about a month ago and the material has been returned to the Registry unclaimed, it seems that this matter should be struck out for want of prosecution there being no appearance on behalf of the appellant today.
McPHERSON JA: Yes, I agree with that course.
PINCUS JA: I agree.
THE PRESIDENT: The order is as I outlined.
