Dillion claimed against Kosteska $1,868.35 damages for injuries suffered by Dillon as a result of Kosteska negligently causing a motor vehicle accident and for costs and interest. The Registrar of the Magistrates Court at Beenleigh entered a default judgment in favour of Dillon in the sum of $2,977.05.
