The plaintiff obtained judgment against the Hattons for $53,372.25 with interest. The plaintiff sought to rely on an offer under the UCPR to contend it was entitled to indemnity costs. The Court rejected the argument and awarded costs on the standard basis: Clare SC DCJ.
