The Legal Services Commissioner brought disciplinary proceedings against Ms Warren. The Commissioner applied for substituted service on Ms Warren. Ms Warren appeared on the application and sought directions to progress the substituted service application. The Tribunal refused to do so but made direction progressing the substantive matter on the basis that Mr Warren had received the application.
