The Department issued an information notice advising Iwasaki of a decision to make a Property Map of Assessable Vegetation. Iwasaki sought an internal review and the decision was amended. Iwasaki applied to QCAT for a review of that decision. A question arose whether QCAT had jurisdiction to consider new areas being added to the map. QCAT had jurisdiction: Peta Stilgoe, Member.
