Appeal against an Adjudicator's decision which over rode the will of a majority of owners at Viridian Noosa Residences who opposed Mr Albrecht constructing extensions on his lot, with consequence that exclusive use of common areas was granted to Mr Albrecht: Appeal allowed. Orders of the Adjudicator set aside: Member Roney QC.
