JUDGMENT
HIS HONOUR: I assess the plaintiff's damages in the sum of $140,000. I allow the plaintiff interest on the sum of $140,000 at the rate of 4 per cent per annum from 1 April 1998 to 10 November 2004 which is the sum of $37,072.
