JUDGMENT and ORDER
HIS HONOUR: In this matter I publish reasons which indicate that on the basis of a 75 per cent/25 per cent allocation of the net proceeds of the sale of the house, an amount of $4,185.65 from the amount left in the solicitor's trust account should be paid to the respondent and the balance should be paid to the applicant.
