Date of sentence. For contempt, Ms Ogawa was sentenced to 4 months’ imprisonment, to be released on parole after 2 months. As to the use carriage service offences, she was sentenced to 6 months’ imprisonment on each count, to be released on parole after 4 months upon entering into a recognisance of $1,000 on condition that she be of good behaviour for 2 years. The latter sentences were to be served concurrently with each other but cumulatively upon the non-parole period of the contempt sentence.
