The parties agreed to the sale and purchase of two adjoining properties. The defendant had lived in a house that straddled both lots. The name of the purchaser on one contract was incorrect. The vendor refused to permit a change of purchasers. The purchaser sought to specifically enforce only one of the contracts. The court refused and found that the two contracts were interdependent.
